French pundit Walid Acherchour claimed that Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal wants to exclude Bayern Munich's Harry Kane and Paris Saint-Germain players from the Ballon d'Or debate. Yamal, who is among the 30 players shortlisted for the Ballon d'Or, aims to turn the conversation into a direct challenge with Real Madrid attacker Kylian Mbappe. Acherchour stated that Yamal believes that by competing against Mbappe, he has a better chance of winning the award.
