Middlesbrough: Residents tell of concern after violent incidents

Residents near Middlesbrough have expressed concern following a series of violent incidents, including a crash that killed seven people, including two police officers, and a house fire that resulted in the deaths of a woman and a seven-year-old girl. Police stated that the two incidents are not connected and have made several arrests related to the crash and two arrests concerning the house fire. Redcar MP Anna Turley described the disorder at a balloon release for one of the young men who died in the crash as "unacceptable."
