AGL Cameroon: 10% of capital ceded to CCML, a company linked to Baba Danpullo

Cameroon Continental Merchants Limited (CCML) has acquired 31,575 shares of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) Cameroon, representing 10% of the company's capital. This operation was approved by AGL's board of directors during a meeting on December 23, 2024. AGL Cameroon’s share capital amounts to 10.621 billion FCFA, and the total nominal value of the shares acquired by CCML is approximately 1.062 billion FCFA.
