Netanyahu praises stabbed Indian pilot for saving lives on Flydubai flight

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar, who was stabbed by a co-pilot during a Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Despite serious injuries, Machchhar fought back, opened the cockpit door, and helped passengers and crew overpower the attacker, preventing a mid-air disaster. Netanyahu stated that the co-pilot was arrested in Saudi Arabia after the emergency landing in Tabuk, and he wished Machchhar a speedy recovery.
