KRA Lists Luxury Cars for November Auction Over Unpaid Customs Dues

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced a public auction of luxury vehicles, including Toyota Land Cruisers, BMWs, and Mercedes-Benz models, scheduled for November 2 to 6, 2026, in Mombasa. These vehicles, which have overstayed in customs, are listed in an official notice dated September 18, 2026. Prospective buyers will be allowed to inspect the vehicles on October 29 and 30. The auction also includes a variety of goods ranging from industrial equipment to consumer items.
