The Mutuelle des enseignants dignes de Côte d’Ivoire (MUDE-CI) was established at a general meeting on October 14, 2026, at the Assonvon Hotel in Yopougon. Alloba N’Cho Antoine was elected chairman, with Yao Christine épouse Amani, Guéi José Férol and Yavo N’Cho Ange Armel named as vice-chairmen. The mutual plans a monthly contribution of 23,500 CFA francs for a member, their spouse and up to six children, and promises coverage of 80% at partner clinics and 100% at public hospitals, subject to a proposed family cap of three million CFA francs. It also plans an offline-capable digital platform and a support fund for medical expenses above the cap.
