Trump ordered to testify in $10bn BBC lawsuit discovery

A federal judge has ordered Donald Trump to answer questions under oath from BBC lawyers by December 11 as part of his $10bn lawsuit against the broadcaster. She also gave Trump’s team 30 days to provide documents requested by the BBC, which has apologised for the edit but denies that Trump has grounds for a defamation claim.

The announcement did not specify the violations attributed to each company.
