US Mission welcomes Yale professor with Nigerian roots to UNILAG

The United States Mission welcomed Dr. Cajetan Iheka, a professor of English at Yale University, to Nigeria. Starting August 20, he began a 10-month Fulbright appointment at the University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he will lead seminars and training for early-career faculty and postgraduate students. Dr. Iheka is also the director of Yale’s Whitney Humanities Center and has authored several works on African and Caribbean literatures.
