Ex-Mossad Chief Confirms Israeli Agents Remain Active in Iran

Former Mossad chief David “Dadi” Barnea said at the Priority Summit that Israeli agents who took part in Operation Rising Lion in 2025 remain in Iran, and that nearly all had avoided exposure. He said the Mossad released a video of its activities inside Iran to confuse Iranian security services and personally approved every agent deployed. Dozens of operatives entered Iran before the operation, while Israeli pilots were not told they would attack until they reached their squadrons. Barnea added that some people arrested or executed on spying allegations had no Mossad ties and commented on the September 2024 simultaneous pager explosions involving devices used by Hezbollah.
