‘Public money deserves a clear plan’: Atiku aide questions Tinubu over coastal highway

Paul Ibe, media aide to ADC presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, challenged the planning and funding of the 750km Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. El-Rufai had earlier removed a magistrate from the case after he could not identify the magistrate by name.
