Benin: Two suspects arrested for motorcycle theft and concealment in Zè

Two men were arrested in Zè on September 6, 2026, suspected of theft and concealment of a Honda Wave motorcycle. The theft occurred on the night of September 4 to 5, when an individual broke into a woman's home. The motorcycle was recovered after an attempted sale at the Allada market, where the presumed buyer fled, abandoning the vehicle. The suspects, currently in custody, are to be presented to the prosecutor in the coming days.
