Cissé Mamadi, after 25 years of experience in private security in the United States, aims to professionalize the sector in Côte d'Ivoire. He points out weaknesses in the professionalism of security agents and the importance of training, particularly on legal aspects. Mamadi founded OMC Security patrol, Inc and OMC Security academy, LLC to provide specialized training. He also observes a rapid development of the transport sector, especially VTCs, which requires better structuring.
