Dahi Nestor, Blaise Lasm, Pickass: revelations on a strategy that Gbagbo 'refused' for their release

Yohou Dia Houphouët, vice president of the PDCI-RDA, stated that Laurent Gbagbo's party rejected a strategy that could have led to the release of Damana Pickass, Blaise Lasm, and Dahi Nestor, who have been detained for nearly a year. These three members of the PPA-CI had submitted their candidacies for the December 2025 legislative elections, but their release did not occur. They are accused of endangering state security and other offenses during protests against President Alassane Ouattara's fourth term.
