Aaron Wan-Bissaka injured: the nation holds its breath

Aaron Wan-Bissaka injured his hamstring while playing for Aston Villa in the seventh round of the English league against Newcastle, where Yoane Wissa plays. The club is expected to conduct further tests to establish the severity of the injury and how long he will be sidelined. The article notes that hamstring injuries can mean anything from one to three weeks out for a strain to several months for a complete rupture. Wan-Bissaka may miss DR Congo’s two matches against Sierra Leone, scheduled for November 11 and 15.
