Abdulrahaman appointed NPFL Chief Operating Officer

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has appointed Dr Ayo Abdulrahaman as the new Chief Operating Officer of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). His appointment took place on Friday as the 2026/27 NPFL season commenced with the opening match between Shooting Stars and Inter Lagos FC at the Adamasingba Stadium in Ibadan. Abdulrahaman, who holds a doctorate in sports administration, brings extensive experience in football organization and administration.
