Abia 2027: I’ll pay N90,000 minimum wage, recall unlawfully retired workers — Anosike

Dr. Kelechi Anosike, the 2027 governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State, promised to introduce a N90,000 minimum wage and review cases of workers unlawfully retired before reaching retirement age. He emphasized that his administration would focus on equipping graduates with practical skills alongside academic qualifications. Anosike argued that increased revenues from the removal of the petrol subsidy should be directed towards social protection programs.
