Abia govt raises alarm over plot to trigger violence in Aba

The Abia State Government has raised concerns over an alleged plot to incite violence in Aba ahead of the 2027 elections. Intelligence reports indicate that certain individuals plan to sponsor miscreants to stage a protest called "Tinubu Dey Work, Otti Dey Chop," aimed at promoting a false narrative that the Federal Government funded state-executed projects. The government warned that such agitation could lead to clashes and destabilization of the state.
