Four health facilities in Yopougon, Koumassi, and Abobo in Abidjan were closed after inspections found unqualified personnel performing consultations and medical procedures, along with other irregularities. These include the Soutra Medical Center in Yopougon, Sainte Marie Infirmary in Koumassi, Sainte Romana Care Center, and Tcheva Care Center in Abobo. Most closures were due to lack of authorization from the Ministry of Health, absence of sanitation certificates, and inadequate biomedical waste management.
