Abidjan Infrastructure Fair: SCA presents ECO 32, its new low-carbon cement

At the Abidjan Infrastructure Fair, the Société des Ciments d’Abidjan (SCA) introduced its new low-carbon cement ECO 32, available since September 16, 2026. This ecological cement, aimed at common masonry work, allows for a reduction of CO₂ emissions by up to 51% compared to conventional cements. Hassen Challouf, head of product quality, emphasized the importance of this innovation in addressing environmental challenges related to cement production.
