Ivory Coast has lifted the customs visa requirement for Mali and Burkina Faso through a circular signed on March 31, 2026. This decision aims to streamline trade by replacing the paper visa with modern digital tools, such as the T1 Management Module and SIGMAT. Economic operators can now directly submit their customs declarations, thereby speeding up export and re-export procedures. This reform is part of the TRIE convention for more efficient road transit.
