Accused of killing his mother and brother at 17, his interactions with ChatGPT intrigue - Lebledparle

On August 11 in Acton, USA, 17-year-old Arjun Aravind is charged with the murder of his mother, Sudha Venkatesan, 45, and his younger brother Siddharth Aravind, 14. After leaving the house in his mother’s car, he was arrested the next day in a Wayland parking lot. Investigators found that he had used the internet and ChatGPT to develop fictional stories involving violence against family members, including gothic narratives with characters and scenarios involving death, though it is not confirmed if AI encouraged his actions. He appeared in Middlesex court on October 6, pleaded not guilty to two first-degree murders, and remains in custody without bail.
