Adamawa approves N169bn supplementary budget for 2026 - Daily Post Nigeria

The Adamawa State Executive Council approved a supplementary budget of N169.1 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, increasing the total budget to N752.4 billion. The decision was made during a meeting in Yola, presided over by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, and explained by Commissioner Leader Leneke, who said the funds came from additional federal allocations and could not be spent without being included in the budget. The supplementary funds will be allocated to various ministries, departments, and agencies for projects in roads, drainage, healthcare, electricity, and education.
