ADC had no business at Supreme Court - Oba Maduabuchi

Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Oba Maduabuchi, stated that the ADC had no business at the Supreme Court as there was no appealable decision from the Federal High Court. He criticized the Court of Appeal for making an unrequested order and noted that the Supreme Court rightly dismissed other points raised by the ADC. Maduabuchi also explained the difference between 'status quo' and 'status quo ante bellum' in the context of the case.
