ADC sues INEC, demands recognition of Mark, Aregbesola

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has filed a suit in a Federal High Court in Abuja, seeking an order for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to restore the names of Senator David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola as the party's National Chairman and National Secretary. This action follows the removal of their names from INEC's official portal on April 1. The plaintiff is also requesting an injunction to prevent INEC from altering leadership records pending the final determination of the suit.
