Adeboye urges students to pursue excellence, prays against school kidnappings

Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), urged Nigerian students to pursue continuous academic and personal development, warning against complacency. Speaking at a thanksgiving service themed 'Above Only', he said God desires His children to excel and that remaining stagnant is regression. He prayed for the safety of schools across the country. His assistant, Pastor Bamidele Balogun, advised parents to monitor their children's security and communicate with school authorities.
