AFCON 2027 Qualifiers: DR Congo aims to win all 6 matches and qualify directly (Desabre)

The DR Congo Leopards, led by Sébastien Desabre, aim to win all six qualification matches for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations to qualify directly. During a press conference in Harare, Desabre stated their goal of earning 12 points. The DR Congo team started the campaign with a 2-0 victory over Equatorial Guinea in Kinshasa, with goals from Chancel Mbemba and Yoane Wissa, in Group E which also includes Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe.
