AFCON/Olympic Qualifiers 2028: Congo's 23-player squad for Ivory Coast includes Merveille Kasaj and Esther Dikisha, but excludes Merveille Kajinga

The Congolese Football Federation (FECOFA) announced the 23-player squad for the upcoming double-header against Ivory Coast in the qualifiers for the Los Angeles 2028 women's football Olympic tournament, Africa zone. The squad features midfielder Merveille Kasaj from TP Mazembe and forward Esther Dikisha from Cambodia, but excludes forward Merveille Kajinga. The first match will take place on October 9, 2026, at TP Mazembe Stadium in Lubumbashi, with the aim of securing a win at home to prepare for the return leg in Abidjan.
