AfD is rising, but it can still be stopped

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) won 44% of the vote in the Saxony-Anhalt elections, securing 39 out of 83 seats in the local legislature. Although this result does not grant them a majority, it could enable the election of an AfD head of government, marking a first since World War II.
