Affordable Housing Projects Stall as Govt Faces Ksh 118B Funding Gap

These stalled projects represent about 15 percent of ongoing constructions, with delays threatening the completion of developments nationwide. Despite collecting Ksh 205.7 billion through the housing levy, the government struggles to meet its target of constructing 200,000 units annually.
