Africa Bright Securities prepares a capital increase and opening of a branch in Gabon - Investir au Cameroun

Africa Bright Securities (ABS), a company based in Douala, approved on May 17, 2026, a capital increase and the opening of a branch in Gabon. The branch will be managed by Yves Martial Ntchoumou. The move is pending approval from Cosumaf. ABS has been active in Gabon since 2022, notably leading a capital increase for the Gabonese reinsurance company, SCG-Ré.
