Africa CDC statement on funding for the Ebola response in the DRC

Africa CDC clarified that international donors had disbursed nearly $962 million directly to international organizations and NGOs for the Ebola response in the DRC, not to the Congolese government. The agency stressed that partners must respect national coordination, transparency and accountability mechanisms.
