Agbonayinma gives EFCC 14-day ultimatum to reopen Atiku case

Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma, a former member of the House of Representatives and APC chieftain, has petitioned the EFCC, giving the agency 14 days to reopen a financial crimes case involving former Vice President Atiku Abubakar. Agbonayinma alleged that the EFCC investigated corruption allegations between 2005 and 2006 but failed to prosecute despite promises. He warned of legal action if the EFCC does not act within the stipulated time.
