AGL Cameroon: Serge Agnero remains on the board after leaving the general management

Serge Agnero, former CEO of AGL Cameroon, was reappointed as a permanent board member during the general assembly on June 2, 2025. He represents the African Port Operations Company, whose mandate was renewed for two years until 2027. Although he stepped down as CEO in January 2024, he remains the regional director for the Gulf of Guinea in 2026.
