Air Tanzania reverses decision to end flights to Russia

Air Tanzania has decided to resume its direct flights between Dar-es-Salaam and Moscow starting September 7, 2026, after initially announcing the suspension of these routes. The airline justified this reversal by stating that it conducted a safety assessment of the operating environment. Passengers affected by the initial suspension were offered a full refund or the option to rebook their flights at no additional cost.
