Nigeria’s airline XEJet Limited has filed a lawsuit against Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc (SAHCO) in a Federal Capital Territory court, accusing the handling company of breaching confidentiality and providing false information. XEJet claims SAHCO had no contractual right to suspend or withdraw ground handling services over unpaid invoices, and that its credit policy was not part of their agreement. The airline seeks a court declaration that its account information is confidential, and damages of N1 billion for breach and N100 million for wrongful withdrawal of services.
