Alain Denis Ikoul criticized David Pagou after Cameroon’s draw against Congo, stating that Bryan Mbeumo’s struggles in the national team are due to collective organization and the coach’s choices. He accused Pagou of not having full freedom in player selection, calling for an end to 'phone selections.' His comments came after the draw in Brazzaville, which revived debates over tactical decisions and player usage by the coach. Ikoul emphasized that Pagou should stop with phone-based selections.
