Alert on the risks of Ebola spreading in displacement sites in Ituri

Displaced persons committees in Ituri call on Congolese authorities to strengthen Ebola prevention measures in displacement sites. New arrivals from Mongwalu, an Ebola hotspot, pose contamination risks. Prevention measures are insufficient in many sites, including Kigonze and ISP in Bunia, and in Mbala, Tséré, and Djugu territory.
