Algeria: Hemdani omits 12 World Cup players and surprises with his first list!

Brahim Hemdani, the new coach of Algeria, revealed his first list of 26 players for the CAN 2027 qualifiers, omitting 12 players from the 2026 World Cup. Among the absentees are retirees Riyad Mahrez and Aïssa Mandi, as well as other players like Houssem Aouar and Oussama Benbot.
