Algeria loses its U20 coach: "I hope this departure is perceived for what it is…"

Razik Nedder, coach of Algeria's U20 team, announced his departure after a year and a half without leading an official match. He is expected to join Le Havre as assistant to Didier Digard in Ligue 1. In his statement, Nedder said he is leaving to gain experience at the highest level and return stronger to serve his country. The U20 African Cup of Nations qualifiers begin next September.
