Alice Mirimo: The Law on Fundamental Principles for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Already on the Government's Table Before Going to Parliament is the Key Means to Ensure Real Social Progress for the Congolese People

Alice Mirimo Kabetsi, the General Director of the National Fund for Promotion and Social Services (FNPSS), stated that the law on the protection of vulnerable groups is crucial for social progress in the DRC. During a forum on Radio Okapi, she discussed the PABEA-COBALT project, which has kept 13,587 youth in school and provided them with health care. This project, supported by the African Development Bank, aims to improve the well-being of children and youth involved in the cobalt supply chain.
