Aliou Cissé secured his first victory as Angola head coach, defeating the Central African Republic 3-0 in a friendly in Casablanca. Goals were scored by Depú (7th), Mabulu (26th), and Ary Papel (79th). Following a 1-1 draw against Mauritania on June 5, the Palancas Negras showed improved performance.
