Alleged forgery: Ex-minister, Nnaji gets court permission to travel abroad for medical care

Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja granted former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji, permission to travel abroad for medical treatment. Nnaji, 63, was arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on charges of forgery and corruption. The court ordered the release of his international passport and set October 26 for the continuation of the trial.
