Amusan wins Nigeria’s first gold at Senior Athletic Championships

Nigerian sprinter Tobi Amusan won Nigeria’s first gold at the Senior Athletic Championships in Accra, Ghana, finishing first in the women’s 100m hurdles. Her compatriot Adaobi Tabugbo also secured a bronze medal in the same event. This victory marks Amusan's third gold at the African Championships, presented to her by World Athletics President Sebastian Coe. Amusan advised young athletes not to succumb to fear in pursuing their dreams.
