Anthrax outbreak: Zambians warned not to eat dead wildlife

Zambian authorities have warned the public not to consume meat from wildlife after dozens of wild animals, including hippos and elephants, died due to an anthrax outbreak. Twelve people were infected after eating dead wildlife in the Munyamadzi River area. Officials have suspended hunting in the affected area and advised the public to report any dead animals.
