Antoine Félix Diome, Pape Malick Ndour and General Moussa Fall at the center of a sensitive investigation

Pape Abdoulaye Touré filed a complaint in September 2024 against Antoine Félix Diome, Pape Malick Ndour, and General Moussa Fall, accusing them of violence, illegal detention, and other crimes. This complaint follows events that occurred in June 2023, where Touré claims to have suffered violence. The accusations are currently under review by the prosecutor of the High Court of Dakar.
