APC calls for investigation and justice over member’s murder in Ibadan

The Oyo State chapter of the APC urged security agencies to investigate the killing of Ridwan Adeyemo, an APC member and commercial motorcyclist. Spokesman Wasiu Sadare said Adeyemo was killed by armed assailants on Friday in the Agbokojo area of Ibadan. APC gubernatorial candidate Senator Sharafadeen Alli called on Ibadan elders to urge Governor Seyi Makinde and APM candidate Abimbola Adekanmbi to prevent violence ahead of the 2027 elections. Allegations linking the assailants to the APM and the state-backed Park Management System were made by APC officials.
