APC donates N52m to families of 37 miners who died in NSCDC custody - Daily Post Nigeria

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has donated N52 million to the families and survivors of the 37 miners who died while in custody of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Niger State. Governor Umaru Bago announced the donation during a condolence visit from the party’s National Working Committee, led by National Chairman Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda. A local committee led by Deputy Governor Yakubu Garba will work with the Emir of Minna to ensure the funds reach the intended beneficiaries. Yilwatda expressed condolences to Niger State and praised Governor Bago’s response to the incident.
