Appeal on Ousmane Sonko's Reinstatement: Judge Cheikh Ndiaye Did Not Sit!

Senegal's Constitutional Council declared itself incompetent to rule on the opposition's appeal against Ousmane Sonko's reinstatement to the National Assembly. The decision n°5/C/26 was made by five members, but Judge Cheikh Ndiaye was absent.
