Arena, Financial Center of Kinshasa: Nicolas Kazadi Details His Version of Events and Rejects Budget Indiscipline Accusations

Nicolas Kazadi, former Minister of Finance and national deputy of the UDPS, defended his management of the Arena and Financial Center projects in Kinshasa during a Space live. He claimed to have spent about 30 million dollars on the Arena, contradicting the often-cited figure of 104 million. Kazadi also described the Financial Center as a strategic investment, potentially worth over a billion dollars, and explained that the transfer of the Arena to an investment fund was decided at the highest level.
