Arise IIP/Dibamba Project: Under Cyril Lindor, DDLP Turns to AFG Bank for Logistics Platform Funding, Valued at 160 Billion FCFA - Investir au Cameroun

Dibamba Douala Port Logistics Platform (DDLP), responsible for developing the logistics platform of the Arise IIP/Dibamba project, has engaged with AFG Bank for funding. The board approved a term sheet and continued negotiations, according to a decision on November 12, 2025. Cyril Lindor was appointed CEO of DDLP, replacing Rahul Mittal, during this meeting.
